Beautiful soothing bed and breakfast within walking distance of all the inner harbor attractions of Baltimore, along with Fells Point. Wonderful attentive staff and made to order breakfasts made this a great treat for a bust weekend!

We stayed for 3 nights after taking the train up from NYC. We stayed in the Congressional room. It was very spacious and the bathroom was also large. The breakfast menu had everything from omlettes, fried or poached eggs, yogurt, fruit, a variety of juices, cereal, french toast, pancakes or waffles. You pre-ordered in the evening for the next day....

This is the second bed and breakfast I've ever been to, and I have to say that I've set the bar a little too high for all my future travels. The 1840s Carrollton Inn was incredible- everything from the location, the room itself, the staff, and the food was charming and impressive. The Inn is located right off the inner...

We recently spent the night at the 1840's Carrollton Inn on our way to Washington DC. We were so glad we did. The inn is absolutely lovely, incredibly clean and the staff was delightful. Our room was very spacious and the bed surprisingly comfortable. We had the choice of eating breakfast in the dining room or our room. We opted...

When I booked this hotel I was skeptical because of the low price. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Each room is different which is nice compared to the generic chains. The location is good, the staff is friendly and professional, the rates are great and the custom-cooked breakfast in the courtyard was wonderful.

The "ah haaa" feeling came quickly as I stepped into the airy foyer with its oriental style carpet and genuine marble fireplace/heater that was running. My room ($175 base price) on the Lombard street side had an antique 4 poster bed, jacuzzi, small microwave, refrig and coffee maker, TV and fireplace heater. Soda and bottled water were free as was...

This was a great find in Baltimore. For the price (less than $200/nite), this small but charming place was first rate. Rooms are beautifully decorated in period furniture, also spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent, and the breakfast was substantial. Great location too. Close to Fells Point and Little Italy of Baltimore where there are many excellent restaurant choices. I...
