Let the patron control the temperature of the room. Why does the property insist on turning off the air conditioning or not letting the patron control its own temperature? All that was coming out of the vent is stale humid air.More

Spent 3 days in Baltimore Inner Harbor. Stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor. We were 2 blocks from the inner harbor where all the activities are. We walked everywhere and did not have to take the car out once.
