Location was awesome, staff was friendly, room was as expected in an older building. Good places to eat and shop nearby. would stay again. Only fault was the credit card ping was for the wrong amount, but was easily explained and corrected prior to the charge being made. Parking was minimal ( downtown hotel expected), but public parking nearby.

The hotel was great but the spiral stair was amazing! Love that this nice piece of architecture was repurposed into a comfortable, historic place to stay. The neighborhood was great, the room was great, and so was the staff. Had such a good time. Went to Baltimore on a lark for a Saturday night out. The Hotel Brexton is in...

The Hotel Brexton is where we always stay now in Baltimore. We have easy access to arts destinations, the trendy restaurants and tap houses in Mount Vernon, and, through the subway, easy access to Johns Hopkins Hospital. The rooms are unique, clean and lovely, the staff is courteous, and the neighborhood is quiet in the evenings and morning. I recommend...

I booked this property on a whim about 5 days prior for my husband's bday weekend. Pat, the reservation person, was lovely to deal with and upgraded our room when we had a small snafu earlier in the week. We were upgraded from a queen to a king superior at no extra cost, which was a lovely room, but we...

The Hotel Brexton is an historic hotel once in disrepair and now restored to become a charming comfortable place to stay in the Mt. Vernon section of Baltimore. The neighborhood has the most inviting brownstones lining the street behind the hotel and more further down Park Avenue. We found a parking place immediately in front of the hotel. We were...

I love the history of the hotel but when we arrive the room was very cold… They provided two space heaters that once were plugged in for about an hour and finally felt warm. The continental breakfast was nice and everything was very clean. Love the staircase! All the receptionist in the front desk ticket. We're very informative and friendly....

Hello and thank you for taking time to review Hotel Brexton and for choosing us during your recent visit to Baltimore. So sorry about the room temperature; February 2017 will go down in the history books as one of the most unpredictable in Baltimore since our temperature range varied from 30 to 70. It was a challenge for most residents...

Hint first = you'll be staying at a former residence of a woman who bedded an English king & took him down off his throne. Do I have your attention? Before I tell you her name; let me talk about this hotel - in short it is excellent. Small; just a few rooms and really a B&B. Location made it...
