So my fiance and I got the privilege to stay here for one night. I was REALLY nervous about this hotel because of the reviews. I had done my research before even going here. We went ahead and parked our car in the parking garage next door. It literally is next door and not horrible at all. I think we...

I was in town to compete at an athletic event and selected this hotel based on cost and location. Other reports were some what critical as this is an older Hotel which does show some aging and the rooms are "cozy" and yes it could do with some minor maintenance. But I found the staff friendly and very helpful. The...

This hotel has its highs and lows. First, the price is fair and the location is very good for walking to Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, etc. No more than a 10-15 minute walk. The rooms are just fine and the bathrooms have been renovated. Also, the vintage feel of the place has some charm. Those are the positives. On the...

At first I couldn't tell if the employees of this hotel were incompetent or just indifferent. Turns out, it's both. They argued with me about my reservation, had no idea about the local services, and managed not to clean my room or supply fresh towels for a two-day stay. Rude and unhelpful, this is the furthest thing from hospitality I've...

Bad location, no parking the lady at the front desk told us to park in the front and if we're lucky we won't get towed. The rooms were dirty and a little smelly. The bathtub needed to be cleaned the only thing nice about it was the sink and that needed to be cleaned too. The vending machines don't work,...

Old hotel. There is no refrigerator at room, bathroom floor dirty, door is almost broken. Ice machine is only on 3d floor, you have to make some small trip to get it. Breakfast is so-so,nothing special. There is no garage or parking in this hotel, you will have to use parking across the street ($10 per 24 hours). No Wi-Fi...

I'm attending a convention at the nearby Baltimore convention center and decided to try the Baltimore Plaza Inner Harbor hotel. It's less pricy than some of the more expensive hotels nearby, yet less than a half mile walk to the Inner Harbor and Convention Center. The room was adequate and comfortable for an overnight sleepover. The TV was small and...

The staff are rude, unhelpful and deliberately nasty. No one smiled or greeted the guests, the beast of a manager Jaira discouraged the front desk clerk from helping me and she yelled at me in front of other guests across the lobby when I left. Who the hell runs a hotel like this? the breakfast was cold every morning and...

The hotel is well located. Breakfast was very poor. The use of plastic in the place is outrageous, if you care a bit about the environment being there is a bit painful. The receptionist that did our check out was utterly rude. I wouldn't go back to this place, very unwelcoming.

I was very worried about this hotel after reading some reviews but was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It wasn't anywhere near bad as reviews stated. Yes, the room was small but it was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff wasn't going out of their way to offer help but if asked were...
