The location of this hotel is excellent; views of the Inner Harbor were great; and walking to shops and restaurants very convenient. The experience at the hotel was poor. We wanted adjoining rooms, and were told to do so, we needed to note it on the reservation (which we did), then call back early the day of arrival to make...

I stayed at Pier 5 for 10 days while producing a large event in Baltimore. We also used the hotel as Event Headquarters. The staff was so very accommodating, professional and couldn't have been nicer. They made my stay a joy -- from the GM - Dan, the Chefs - Christine & Jon Paul, the Food, Beverage and Front Desk...

Decided to spend a weekend in Baltimore for the Light City experience and found this hotel on line, right on the water at the Inner Harbor. Excellent location, staff, and amenities. Definitely will return with family "tourists" and also anytime we plan to get away for an overnight or two in the inner Harbor area of Baltimore.

Was in downtown Baltimore for Light City and decided to stay at this property. Daniel gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I liked that you needed a key to access the hallways to the guest rooms. The room was nice, plenty of space and lighting. The balcony overlooked the inner harbor perfectly and had a...

I encourage you to stay at Pier V, where you will have a fabulous waterfront location and the friendliest, most helpful, staff of any Harbor East hotel. I am a frequent traveler and look forward to their service, which is reliably excellent. The hotel is walking location to many high-quality restaurants, or just a stroll along the harbor and into...

I was here working for an event and a young woman named Danaisha (and please excuse my spelling if this is wrong) who gave the absolute best customer service during the event! She was kind, courteous, willing to help, and so funny. I am so glad that she was serving this night - she made my day!

Great location, hotel has some flaws (pealing paint in room and hallways) but the room was large and comfortable for a family of 4. Location can't be beat, accesses to the aquarium (very short walk) and great restaurants. Staff was friendly but not overly knowledgable regarding local restaurants (kept recommending the chains that I can find anywhere)... in the end...

We chose this hotel sue to the proximity to everything in Inner Harbor. The views from our harbor view were amazing. Shamekia at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Malaya Mealy went beyond when we mentioned it was our anniversary. She informed the management and they gave us a complimentary wine basket. The Saturday chocolate experience was a...

When walking into the hotel, I was surprised with how big it was. Not as big as it looks on the outside. The vibrant colors of the lobby switching from green to purple to yellow and red. But there was something that remained the same color, that is the fish tank. A beautiful display of fish, although not as amazing...

This hotel is interesting. It appears to be remodeled (and perhaps continuing in its renovations), so its decor is a little dated, but kept up very nicely, so it is welcoming. They offer breakfast in the morning (ours was included in our room, but I don't think all bookings have this) and although most of it is standard fare, they...
