The Hotel Limpia is an antique. The building is in great shape for being 100. The rooms are decorated with a period look, but it is modern in its amenities. Stay in the original building, the floors creak a little but it is a wonderful experience. The parlor and wrap around porch are worth it alone.

Maybe my wife and I should have stayed in the main part of the hotel. The annex rooms are located across the street en block. Problems were 1. Noise from the central heating boiler 2. Noise from the refrigerator 3.Window slats letting in light 4. Shortage of power sockets 5. Intermittent wifi signal 6. Toilet pan at the wrong angle,...

A delightful older and historic hotel. Right in town. Very quiet, with ample room to relax. The rooms are dated, but that's the point - it feels old and it should. No lack of comfort either. Stayed upstairs. Nice size rooms with high ceilings. Large bathroom but little counter space. Dressers and TV. Amply furnished. Ceilings in the hallway are...

This is an old hotel but the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable the staff friendly and knowledgeable; the hotel is convenient to the Davis Mountain scenic loop and we also drove to Marfa from here to see the Marfa lights. There is no elevator at the hotel and dragging your luggage up the steep steps(especially if you are old...

Wonderful historic hotel. The upstairs corner room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the courthouse. Great location for day tripping. Internet was spotty and there was a small flat screen TV with poor reception. The bathroom was comfortable with a tile tub and shower and tall ceiling.

This is a historic hotel, perhaps something out of the 1950s. There are rocking chairs on the verandah and embossed tin-clad ceilings. The concierge was friendly on arrival and we were pointed in the direction of our bedroom, a large room with en suite. The room was clean, with a TV, and the bed comfortable. In part the bedroom was...

This is a cute historic hotel. Beautiful on the inside. They have preserved the feel of a hotel built a hundred years ago. The rooms and furnishings reflect that period of time. The exterior is showing its age, aren't we all. Don't let that stop you. We would stay again.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of West Texas. From the lobby, common area and our room, the Hotel Limpia offered a comfortable and inviting stop. It is a perfect place to spend a weekend if you are going to the McDonald Observatory and/or Fort Davis historical grounds.

The Orchard Suites at The Hotel Limpia were roomy, clean, comfy. It's basically home away from home. Full kitchen and living room, with two bedrooms, in the two that we booked next to each other. Covered parking was nice and the pool was steps from our door. We sat out by the pool and looked at the million stars at...

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the main hotel with lots of historic features including original wood floors, high, punched tin ceilings, antique furniture. I love all the old pictures on the walls, some of them pictures of the hotel. Comfortable, big rockers on the covered porches and veranda, with lots of games set up to play, along with...
