We stayed in cottage number 4 for one cold night. We loved the place. Very comfortable and cozy. Check in at noon was a plus since we wanted to head out to the observatory for the 2 pm tour. I recommend it and wish we could have spent a few days there. The room had a coffee maker and a...

What a fantastic eight day stay. The sign outside says 'Butterfield Inn' overnight stay. Great stop over on the way to Big Bend National Park. however a fantastic place for lots of day trips to Mc Donald Observatory, Alpine Marfa etc.. Our cottage was tastefully decorated with fireplace, fridge, microwave. Full size sofa, Queen size bed, closet for clothing and...

We stayed here first because the Indian Lodge was booked, but we really enjoyed our stay! We stayed in cabin #2 and it was the cutest thing ever. The room was very clean and the heat and fireplace made it so cozy and romantic. The bed was quite comfy and it came with a couch too; the place was so...

Stayed 2 nights and everything was great! Perfect location to walk to restaurants and the town center. Everyone we met in town was so nice! The courtyard was perfect for letting the kids run around after a long day in the car.

Quaint little no frills cottage. Fridge, microwave, comfy bed, cold ac, cable tv. Clean bathroom. Private little cottage among 5 all together behind a little fence in a cute little yard with outdoor seating. On the main drag. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Friendly staff. Perfect little quiet stay. No problems whatsoever. Definitely would stay again!...

We enjoyed staying here during a cold spell - I built a fire in the fireplace despite not having done it in years. (Your hosts provide the supplies for a small fee.) Cabin was clean, spacious and inviting. Wi-fi worked well - not a given in this area. Not far off the road through town, so you might hear a...

It's a quaint place in a quiet neighborhood. And the yard is nice with tables and chairs with shade trees. Kelly the owner is super nice person too. Her antique store is fabulous with reasonably priced and well chosen household items. The cottage was very clean, and it was pleasant during the day. But the night time there was deficient...

My husband and I stayed in one of the cottages while visiting Fort Davis and Davis Mountains State Park. The cottage was extremely comfortable, very roomy, and felt like home. The cottages are also away from the highway. Kelly, the proprietor, was friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped with places to sit...
