Awesome location. Very nice room. Nice touch to provide binoculars to look at boats. Loved that it had a fireplace. Good happy hour and breakfast included. Friendly staff. Cool building. Interesting history of building it on TV.

Continuing on our road trip on Hwy 101 to Seattle, stopping for two nights at Astoria at the Cannery Pier Hotel, a unique structure built on 100 year old piling, 600ft out into the Columbia River, with large ships literally passing by our window. This trip celebrates our 45th Wedding Anniversary, and we were surprised to find a welcoming bottle...

Stellar, amazing, outstanding. Service over the top. Beautiful, well appointed, spacious rooms with views. My favorite: charming chauffeur in vintage 58 Chevy at your disposal. Astoria and hotel have a rich history to share.

The Cannery Pier has charm, class, and character. A unique experience with fabulous views and fascinating entertainment with the passing ships. The beds are comfortable, the fireplace adds atmosphere, and all the staff are friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice now and are considering making it an annual pilgrimage.

WE loved our stay here. It is a beautiful place. The rooms are beautiful and clean. They had a nice wine and cheese hour with smoked salmon. The breakfast was very nice and the views are beautiful. They have two old cars that they will take you to dinner in. The hot tub is indoors but with windows that open...

As part of a couples weekend my wife and I spent a weekend in Astoria to enjoy the drive and take in the local seafood. Based on the strength of Trip Advisor reviews we decided to stay at the Cannery Pier Hotel and found it an enjoyable stay. Located on the waterfront in Astoria the Cannery Pier Hotel is a...

My son and I stayed here a week ago for two nights. I would highly recommend the Cannery Pier Hotel and will go back in the future. The staff were friendly, all the time. Each night they offered wine and delicious appetizers. The large room was beautiful with a tub that looked out to the room, if desired, A view...

The Cannery Pier Hotel and Spa is built on a pier over the south bank of the Columbia River in the very spot where the Union Fisherman's Cooperative Packing Company cannery was located in 1897. The modern hotel purposefully looks like the many canneries which at one time occupied this area. Every room in the hotel faces the river; there...

We stayed here in the down season for our annual budgeting retreat for our small family-run business. We told them we needed a quiet room since we would be working and they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom fireside suite (much appreciated!). Staff was helpful and friendly. The view was amazing. The car service to downtown dining was also great.

We stayed 2 nights and loved this hotel. Booked a corner suite. I needed a make-up mirror and housekeeping brought me one. We took advantage of the chauffeured ride to dinner. Loved the classic car as and our driver was very personable. Also enjoyed the afternoon wine and cheese.
