I was able to check in online come right to the desk and get my keys the room was all set up and nothing was missing right temperature. The beds were comfortable and was able to fall asleep pretty quickly. Good night's sleep was able to go down and enjoy breakfast.

accompanied daughter to sleep test thinking I could stay in room on recliner. I was expected to adhere to rules for subject, no reading nook or TV watching etc. decided to leave, but needed to return at 5 am. Hampton was very close to testing facility, and I was pleasantly surprised with its cleanliness and comfort.

good service, very clean. easy access to I 295 and the shopping center. I love it and I will recommend to any body who ask me where to stay. Rooms are clean and the water in the shower it's so soft. Breakfast is so delicious very fresh and hot.

The hotel was clean and in a centrally located area with a lot of restaurants and shopping centers around. I would definitely stay here again. They offer government rates. The breakfast had a nice variety of options.

Everything is great with regards to location for the variety of restaurants available. Location to businesses for me was good. Location to the beach is good. Amenities for the hotel is great, with the exception of the chair for the desk!! It's time to upgrade the style of the chair, not only for this location but other locations as well.

Room was not tended to. Wet carpet from a/c not cleaned 2nd day. Room keys did not work. Breakfast just ok at best. Had to wait for room to be cleaned after 3 pm. Pillows were old and horrible need to be replaced very bad.

The AC wall unit did not work and was very cold. I told the front desk about it and the maintenance man came and turned the heat on. So the temperature control still didn't work. The heating unit was the loudest I've heard in a hotel room. The bed was not great and I could feel the springs However, the...

Thank you for your feedback. I will certainly relay your comments to our maintenance department so that the AC unit can be checked once again. Our mattresses were replaced earlier this year. The hotel staff needs to be retrained, two gentleman's in the front desk, one to busy to even say hi because he was looking at the computer and the other goofy around and just doing his job attitude, will not stay here never again.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend - very nice facility, pleasant staff, beautiful, spacious room and bathroom - what a pleasure - everything worked!! - very nice continental breakfast also - parking was a breeze - very convenient Southside location
