Wonderful campground with the usual KOA amenities. The sites are level with gravel and plenty of shade with more privacy between sites than most campgrounds. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The complex was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

We stayed exclusively at KOA campgrounds while traveling across the country from California to Gettysburg, PA, for two weeks, and this was by far the best one of all. I would happily stay here again in a heartbeat. It was beautiful, with lots of trees and lightning bugs. There were two bathrooms/shower areas, one by the front office in a... More

We have been here 3 times and always enjoy it. It is quiet and peaceful even during the daytime. This last time we came in about 9:45PM and our site was ready and directions had been left in the box at the office. We registered in the morning at the office. The sites are all stone but level, Natural boulders... More

This is one of the nicest KOAs around. Very nice over sized gravel sites. Very clean. Tons for the kids to do. Easy drive to the Gettysburg attractions. The premium sites with the patio furniture was a nice treat.

My mom and I were driving across country to visit Gettysburg. We are not B&B people and wanted something different. I love the campground atmosphere, but have no RV yet. This KOA had cute cabins. We rented a deluxe cabin for 5 nights... 2 people for the first 2 nights , 3 for remainder. It stated would accommodate 5 but... More

Nice wooded campsites. Appreciated the help getting settled into campsite in the rain! There are four private bathrooms up the hill with shower, sink and toilet in each. Bathrooms were clean. Convenient to Gettysburg historical sites. Lots of camp activities!

I have never stayed at a KOA before and really enjoyed our stay at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Because of the Fourth of July holiday they were very booked and made sure to offer plenty of campground activities to keep families occupied. We didn't take advantage of the programming or the pool but did enjoy the... More

Our family rented 2 "Deluxe" cottages. In our cottage the smoke detector hung from the cieling by two wires. The TV was powered by and extension cord and the furniture was just plain nasty. The chairs were badly stained and there was filth in the corners in the sleeping quarters. In the other cabin, my family found a 1/2 a... More

I have visited a lot of places but the individuals who work and run this campground need a lesson in customer service. We attempted to check in. The lady behind the counter said asked if we had an automobile. I said no, we didn't bring a vehicle with us. She said "Well you said you had an automobile when you... More

We visited for 2 nights during an East Coast RV Trip. Loved this place! Lots of trees, wasn't buggy, level, quiet, and the sites were a great size! When we got here, someone escorted us to our site. It was nice to not have to spend forever trying to level our motor home! We spent some time in the pool... More
