Lovely inn in a great location, nice rooms, great Civil War speakers both mornings we were there (last week for the year for that though) and good food. I really would have given them a higher rating but when we came back our first evening the room had been cleaned and fresh towels, bed made etc. but they left two...

I want to thank this guest for her very fine review. For future guests, please use the universal (around the world) sign for having bath linens exchanged – put them on the floor. This sign is found in every accommodation world-wide and is the one the housekeepers use to guide them about what the guest would like them to do....

My husband planned a visit to Gettysburg for the two of us. This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast. Mike and Becky are the innkeepers and they were wonderful! We arrived around 4 pm and had dinner reservations at 5. Becky was sure to quickly give us a tour and let us know everything we needed. She...

The location is centralized, and you could leave your car behind and still do so much. You can walk to Gettysburg College, stroll along the historic downtown streets, and venture down Baltimore Street to two cemeteries and the Gettysburg Tour Center. I stayed in the Violet Room, which was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. I liked having a TV in...

My husband and I came to Gettysburg to get a taste of Civil War History first hand. The owners and staff were so attentive and helpful in setting up a tour and dinner reservations for us. Our room was well appointed and immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful and different each day. The patio and gardens were beautiful and the living areas...

We spent two nights at the Gaslight in early October 2016. The location was just what i hoped for--quiet street, but only one block from the center of town, restaurants, etc. Beautifully decorated and very clean room. Two, wonderful breakfasts. And Gettysburg was better than i could have imagined. While i am a history buff, i wasn't sure whether my...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Gaslight Inn for the first time the weekend of Oct 7-9. We were welcomed with a smile by Mike and Becky and little Oliver. He showed us to our room, the June Rose room. It was a beautiful, nice size room with a gas fireplace (we did not use it), and a clean...

I had the misfortune of visiting Gettysburg last week during a prolonged period of rain and mist and general gloominess, but am happy to say that the weather posed no barrier to enjoying the city...and the hospitality shown by Becky and her staff. The only drawback was the inability to enjoy the back patio amid the well cared for gardens...

My husband and I stayed at The Gaslight Inn from Oct. 1-4, 2016 for our anniversary. This was our first visit to Gettysburg and The Gaslight Inn. The Inn is so beautiful you will not want to leave! This was my first stay in a B and B and I was not disappointed. Becky, Mike, and Elizabeth were perfect hosts. The June Rose room was perfect with a comfy bed. The Inn was immaculately clean (very important to me) and tidy. The history before breakfast sessions were a real bonus. Becky arranged two private tours for me, to...
