Lovely hotel. Close Local shops, perfect coffee bar and fantastic restaurant in hotel Prime Rib. Joe the bartender was a great host. The lobster bisque was very good. Rooms are cozy with black out shades and new decor and beds. Staff was very helpful.

What seemed to be a nice hotel, turned out to be a horrible experience. The sole reason for being in Philadelphia was to go shopping since there are no taxes on clothing and there is an additional discount with a foreign passport. Well, the savings went away when they stole from our room. We talked to Security, to House Keeping,...

The level of elegance that's maintained at this location does bring you back to it's origins nearly 100 years ago. Clean, bright, efficient, caring and always one step away from delightful. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Visit their steakhouse for a superb meal as well. Close by to my favorite restaurants, too.

Great place to stay for a few nights on business. The lobby is nice and recently updated. The rooms were much larger than I was expecting and had nice toiletries etc. Staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant wasn't open late though which was problematic for me but there's a diner across the street that did the trick.
