Beautiful hotel; well appointed rooms; professional friendly helpful staff. We visited for our anniversary. When checking in we were given an upgraded room with a perfect view of the park. This hotel allows dogs and there is no size limit so I must bring my Great Dane!! The hotel offers beds, bowls and treats for your pup upon arrival. Great...

This was my second visit to this hotel and my impression was a lot better last time than this one. The service was better before the breakfast was also better last time. The room was a bit tired than before.

Welcome back! I am sorry to hear that you did not find your most recent experience as satisfying as your first. Please know that we are continuing to update the hotel with reimagined ballroom and meeting room spaces this winter as well as a new look for all of our guest rooms in 2017.

We have stayed at the Rittenhouse Hotel many many times. It has always been one of our favorite places to stay in Philadelphia. However, the hotel is going way down hill. This includes both service and accommodations. We noticed this the past few times we've stayed. However, this time it was just not acceptable. When we checked in, we had...

Please accept our sincerest apologies for your most recent experience. As you have stayed with us before, you understand better than most that this is clearly not in keeping with the room condition and service levels you should expect from us. We do care very much about your overall stay each time you visit and will take immediate steps to...

Great location on Rittenhouse Square in Center City Philadelphia, close to great restaurants and shopping. An easy walk to the University of Pennsylvania's campus. Everything about the hotel is 5-star: the staff, the rooms, the common areas, and the amenities. I've stayed in 7 different hotels in Center City Philadelphia over the last 20 years, and The Rittenhouse Hotel is...

The Rittenhouse is a very nice, attractive hotel located in downtown Philly. It's a little on the expensive side but worth every penny. Even the room service was excellent. The only competitor is the 4 Seasons but the Rittenhouse is much quieter and understated.

We do try to provide value even if it comes at a higher price point. In the final analysis, the feeling that you are left with after staying at The Rittenhouse is the most important thing. Thank you for taking the time to recognize our efforts.

We arrived very late and there was still a man at the check in counter. No waiting to find a sleepy employee. He was fast, friendly and informative. We have a large room on the top floor overlooking the park. Very nice. We ordered late night room service- I judge of a great hotel by the club sandwich from room...

Late night/early morning arrivals can be problematic for the reasons you noted. Thankfully, we have a wonderful team of professionals around the clock to cater to your needs and make the start of your stay as memorable as the balance of it, regardless of the time that you arrive. I will be sure to share your comments with our reception...

Robe and slippers, which I expect from a luxury hotel. helpful front desk. would definitely come back. Much, much better than the ritz philly which is NOT a luxury hotel.

We stayed one night at this hotel for an early milestone birthday. The hotel incredible, we came early since we had massages booked. They were able to check us in early and they were so generous to upgrade the room to a suite. We had a suite on the 3rd floor across the spa. You needed a key card to...

Very nice hotel in a great location in Philly that makes you think that you are in a grand European hotel. Nice touches in the room include a proper espresso machine that uses illy coffee (and proper illy cupd) that made a decent coffee instead of what you usually get in a hotel room. Nice European-style buffet for breakfast. Bellhops,...

My daughter and I stayed here recently in a spacious suite with a luxurious bath. It is close to the museums, shopping and concert hall. The restaurant is superb, the staff helpful and the overall experience was first class.
