Good Morning, Bianca. Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your concern. The hotel is currently free and clear of any bed bug issues. Often times, a guest staying at any facility may get concerned and accuse a property of having bed bugs. In any event, if an accusation is made, we have the room inspected by our extermination company and treated regardless of whether any evidence of bed bugs is found. 99% of the time the claims are false, but we still treat the room for preventive measures. In that 1% time that a room is considered "hot", it is taken out of order, as well as the rooms around it, all treated and they remain out until they are given an all clear by our extermination company. Rest assured, in addition to the remedies I have stated above, we also have other preventive measures in place to allow for a clean and safe environment for you and your family to enjoy your stay with us.
