Unfortunately, the staff really wasn’t pleasant. We had 2 rooms. They were not real clean, not terrible but not up to par with the Hilton brand. Covid precautions apparently do not include individually wrapped cups in the room which I thought was standard these days. We requested management to step in to help with another issue we had but they were overwhelmingly unwilling. Again, not what we are used to from Hilton. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was having the ease of a parking garage connected directly to the hotel, however, the connection was closed so everyday we had return to the lower level and walk all the way back to the front of the hotel to get back to our room. What a complete hassle. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for two nights in our vacation across Pennsylvania. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have a water view which was very nice. The hotel room was comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice as well. The hotel also allows pets as we observed many families bringing their pets with them into the hotel. Behind the hotel is a nice area for children. There are swing sets and some play stations. We are exercise enthusiasts and there is a great place for runners and walkers behind the hotel on the boardwalk. There are also many food trucks beside the hotel which offer meals and ice cream. I’m not sure of their hours though. Monday night they were all open but Tuesday night they were all closed. The hotel offers great views of the Benjamin Franklin bridge. The hotel is close to the historic district. We walked across the bridge to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, the visitors center, etc. I would definitely take advantage of all the good restaurants across the bridge. I would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel. I gave it a separate review. We would stay in this hotel again if we are ever in this area again.

The location is fantastic - no question. But...the elevator from the lobby to the garage is broken. Valet would not let us unload our luggage at the front drive when checking in. Our bed had sheets but no blanket. No clock/radio in the room. The toilet leaked. Morning one breakfast was $20 which includes a custom made omelet. Morning two they were not making omelets, but still $20. I had to ask for water and juice 3 times, didn't come until I was done eating. Glad to say our room was clean. Go for the location but drop your expectations, which is sad as this place is hardly cheap.

I'm not saying it's bad hotel, but the experience wasn't good. When we checked in, they wouldn't let anyone come in through the front. So you go to the parking garage, have to get your stuff to the elevator (1st one), then walk along... and their elevator up is busted, so you go up the ramp then up through the front. Now, the people were super nice and it's clean. But, we were here in two rooms, as a family on the same reservation. We had to choose between keeping the same type of room that we booked, or being on the same floor. At least we were told that we needed to wait for the pool because they clean it several times a day - love that - and gave us the option to decline House keeping service. But this room is kind of small, and the bathroom, though huge, had such a weak shower head, it took 4 times as long to rinse out shampoo from my hair. I met another visitor searching for ice. So I called down for both of us. They told us where. No ice. Layer my wife checked two floors below. No ice. I tried two above. No ice. Listen, it's not awful here, but I don't know that I'd stay here again. And I'm a Hilton Honors member!!
