We had such a lovely stay at Burbridge Street B&B! The moment we walked in I felt like I'd walked into a scene from Little Women -- the rooms are gorgeously made up and full of interesting paintings and antiques. Our three mornings were very well begun with a feasty breakfast. Slept wonderfully. Marney was fascinating company and gave us...

We spent two nights here and absolutely loved the vintage feel of the surroundings in this historic home. It's very much like spending a few days with your favorite aunt and her friendly cats, a big plus for us. If you're allergic, be forewarned, but if you love cats, you will love it here. Unlike some B&Bs where you're left...

This was my first stay at a B&B and I was most impressed with the cleanliness, decorating and the hospitality of Marney, who opens her home to travelers. The house is absolutely gorgeous and decorated with beautiful antiques I felt like I stayed in the heart of a little magical town, I was located very close to friends, family, Center...

My best friend and I were enthusiastic about our stay at Burbridge Street B & B before we even got out of the car. Located within blocks of interesting shops and restaurants, on a cobbled street in a quiet neighborhood, the house itself is interesting in terms of both architectural features within, and the warm, entertaining and gracious owner Marney,...

We stayed here for one night to be close to the Harry Potter Festival in Chestnut Hill. We weren't really in the room much since we had so much to do. Easy check-in, comfortable bed. Bathroom was shared but we knew that going in. Decent place to stay. *Be warned that there is a cat in the house who sleeps...

Burbridge St. B&B prides itself on its warm hospitality. That includes a pair of welcoming kitties that act as hostess cats. With the best of intentions, there is no practical way to keep cats out of the rooms, as they are often invited to visit with guests who love a cuddly cat for company. If prospective guests are allergic to...

We had a wonderful stay at the Burbridge Street B&B! We spent two nights in the Octagon room. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the beautiful decorations and paintings! There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is perfect and offers easy access to Manayunk and Chestnut Hill, and is just a short drive...

My Husband and I had to come to Philadelphia for a family emergency .We could not find a room anywhere. I looked for almost 3 hours on the net. My mother encouraged me to look for a bed and breakfast. This one so happened to pop up out of the blue . This was the best decision I ever made....

Excellent value and authentic Victorian home. Host went out her way to make my stay comfortable and provided me with lots of insider information. Home is close to train station for easy access to the city center.

Marney was very informative and all her dinner and travel suggestions proved to be fantastic. All kinds of fresh fruit and specialty breads were a real treat at breakfast. Would definitely stay again if returning to area. We were concerned upon arrival at first glance, but once inside, felt like we were at a relatives house.
