Wonderful stay, and the house is an easy walk from the Amtrak station (if you're a New Yorker and enjoy walking). Stayed on the top floor with our 2-year old and it couldn't have been easier! Clean, newly renovated rooms - not overly "designed," but comfortable.

Picked Cornerstone B&B for a last-minute road trip to Adventure Aquarium with our baby and a friend. I booked the Continental Suite which had 2 bed rooms, a small living room and well, a play yard for baby. Just serve the needs of all 4 of us! The room and beds were clean and the bathroom was spacious. We didn't...

Everything was delightful during our stay. We could not have asked for more. Very clean and comfortable, while still being a historic home. The house is very homey and we felt safe inside and out. The owners were helpful and nice. Breakfast was just right-Saturday included the best pancakes we have ever eaten.

On the edge of Drexel University lies a beautiful Victorian home that Innkeepers Dennis and Liz Bartelme open up to guests. Cornerstone B & B is as beautiful outside as is inside. Liz greeted us kindly, informed us of the accommodations, and how best attack our quest on the Drexel campus. Peaceful rest, clean bathrooms, wonderful linen, and a breakfast...

Located in the university section of Philadelphia, the Cornerstone B&B is not far from any of the major attractions. Less than a mile from the Museum of Art, Franklin Insitute, Barnes, & Rodin Museums it was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in the Philadelphian room which as 3 beautiful stained glass windows opposite the king bed. Bed was...

Just spent an enjoyable three days in Philadelphia staying at the Cornerstone in. Great location, beautiful restored home, and an accommodating staff. Much more fun than a hotel. Continental breakfast was great and good company with helpful trip advise.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast over the Halloween weekend. Liz and Dennis were fantastic hosts. The accommodations in the University Suite surpassed expectations. The breakfast and beverage service were excellent as always. The innkeepers were knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions and provided me with a pass to see Eastern State Penn which I...

Stayed in the Fairmount room during the week for a girls getaway to visit Terror Behind the Walls/Eastern State Penitentiary (also highly recommended!). Adorable B &B, cute, sweet and friendly dogs, nice continental breakfast of homemade breads and coffee cakes. Free street parking was not a problem. Decided to call a cab to ESP ($9 one way), but parking over...

This beautifully restored Victorian home provides an elegant respite from the many entertaining activities in Philly. We especially enjoyed stepping back in time on the spacious porch, enjoying an extra cup of coffee or sipping a glass of wine after sightseeing and visiting the university campuses nearby. The lovely rooms are spotlessly clean, nicely designed for comfort without clutter. Public...
