The fire alarm at 7:30AM was understandable, but after the "all clear" was given, we became stuck in the elevator while trying to return to our room. Some thing was wrong with the system. Our room was acceptable, but we did notice that it did not appear to have been vacuumed and the mirror had water spots on it.

Very clean. Very good service. Nice rooms. Great comfort. Pleasant staff. Enjoyable stay. Walking distance of many places. Recommend staying at this hotel. Small bar area. Excellent bed service. Affordable for city.

Worst Experience at a Hampton Hotel establishment. Besides the faulty nuisance fire alarms (2 in 3 days) including complete hotel evacuations (once while in the shower and once in the early am while sleeping), WIFI did not work, to the rudeness of the attendants and breakfast servers, to the homeless folks you need to avoid when leaving the hotel, along...

Everyone was friendly, hot water for tea was hot and plentiful and tasted clean (not like weak coffee), hotel was clean, and location was great. The price was good. The only thing lacking was that the internet signal for the free internet service was weak.

We were able to check in early and the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. We received a couple good dining recommendations from the front desk. The continental breakfast was good. OVerall it was a nice hotel which was close to the convention center. The are of town is a little rough, but I felt...

As a Hilton Honors guy, I always stay at a Hampton Inn. As Hampton Inn's go, this is a large property, and it seemed to be full over Columbus Day weekend. I can't remember a nicer staff at any hotel. Folks there were smiling and helpful, especially for people like me who are just getting oriented to the city. One...

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Philadelphia Convention Center for four nights. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was fine, not like what I have at home, but then I have a special diet. The bar was enjoyable, albeit it we shared a glass of wine. The computers in...

My trip was brief and during the week; the week after the Pope's visit! The hotel has been updated somewhat recently although a slight mustiness lingers- it's not unbearable. Staff was awesome! Everyone had helpful, attentive and friendly attitudes - especially the front door employees. Location was great during the day; around the corner from the Reading Market and shopping....

The location, right next to the convention center, is great. It's walking distance to a number of destinations. The hotel was clean and consistent with other Hampton Inns. In particular, the fitness center and pool were pretty nice. The view out of the windows of the lower rooms is not good. In my room, the bathroom needed updating. The shower...

The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be as well run a hotel as it should be. One day our bedroom was not automatically cleaned and we had to request that this be done. Over the weekend the breakfast was not up to the usual Hampton standards. The coffee...
