The room accommodations were sufficient but dated. The rug was dirty and the room felt cramped. The parking lot was sub rented down the street and was pricy- felt shady. The breakfast area was dirty and very cramped seating. We won't stay here again. Far below Hampton standards. The only redeeming qualities were a friendly front desk staff and within...

we stayed here 3.17.17 and 3.18.17 and were most favorably impressed with Will, who I think was the concierge. He was surely a WONDERFUL rep for the hotel. Right from arrival he took care of us, introducing me to everyone as "Julia from Rochester." He then came to find me to get the car keys to get valet parking, then...

This Hampton has the most courteous staff ever! I loved being greeted with such kindness by everyone from the man who helped us with our bags to the ever-smiling woman who cleans the second floor. Breakfast was very good, even the coffee. Believe me, it's difficult for me to find many places where I actually enjoy the coffee. We look...

Picked this hotel for reputation on trip advisor, price and proximity to Convention center (Flower Show! ). Very close to Reading Terminal too. Visited flower show and could easily walk back foe a rest before returning for the evening. Breakfast was fresh and a huge variety for all guests. Accommodated a large group of people with exceptional service. Front desk...

Clean hotel. Great location for site seeing. Good free breakfast with hot and cold items. Coffee and tea in lobby . Lemon water available also at times. Staff was exceptionally friendly. As expected, parking is expensive- $39/ night for valet, $30/night for self parking less than a block from front of hotel, come and go parking available about 3 blocks...

Our room was quiet, high up, and spacious. Being downtown, parking was valet or on your own. We were there on a weekend, so parking was readily available nearby at a lower price ($25) in nearby lots as compared to the valet parking. The workout room was larger than usual. The breakfast area was crowded and the food pretty tired....
