Hi Ritzput, Thanks for staying with us here at the Aloft Philadelphia Downtown during your recent trip to Philly. I’m glad we were able to get you that larger, brighter room you enjoyed. Also nice to read that you a good time hanging out in our WXYZ Bar. Yes! Due to high demand, especially during busy peak times like Army vs Navy Weekend, rates for Center City hotels can increase significantly, but our property is still able to offer really great value with our convenient location and great service. The next time you are visiting Philly, please come and stay us with us. Roshan

Felt like home. Arrived two hours late because of a problem with Amtrak. Texted to let the hotel know and they texted back immediately to let me know they were looking forward to our visit. I believe we had the best room in the hotel. It was a corner room on the 19th floor. Every

Hello, I'm curious if Platinum Preferred SPG members are eligible for room upgrades?
Hi Blair, Thanks for your inquiry. Platinum members are entitled to upgrades. We do not have suites, so the upgrade would be to the better room type. Of course the room type upgrade is subject to availability. Our upgraded room types are typically located on higher floors offering better views. Hope to have you stay in our hotel. Regards, Evan

When will access directly to the convention center open? It was under construction the last time I was there.
Hey Simon! Great question. We work closely with the Convention Center to open the connection when there are events on the Broad Street side. If there is a specific event you'll be here for give us a call and we can let you know! Andrew - AGM

Hi, I have a slight elevator phobia and always prefer to take the stairs... Is there stairwell access to the rooms or are they locked from the stairwell?
Hi Kamascr, We can provide you with a special key that will give you stairwell access. Our guest rooms start on the second floor (three above street level) and continue up through 19 floors. Tip, if you want a low floor, book an "aloft room", those are generally lower floors. Hope to have you chose our hotel. Evan

What is the difference between the standard and Breezy rooms? I am looking to accommodate 4 people for a birthday weekend.
Hi Sonya! Our Breezy rooms are located on our top floors and definitely have the best views, like DarrylA1A said. I would recommend our Breezy Double Queen if you are looking to accommodate 4 adults in one room. Give us a call if you have any other questions! Best, Andrew - AGM
