We came to to Philadelphia to see the Terracotta Warriors exhibit and chose Windsor Suites because of the close proximity to the Franklin Institute. The front desk staff and all of the staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent work.

The room we stayed in had a balcony which although it connects to the bedroom it is very narrow and I believe access is only in the livingroom. It is pet/smoke free. We did not use the Phlash but you can see it is fairly close by. Although the Trolley and subway are confusing at best we enjoyed the adventure of using public transport
