We live in the Philly suburbs, so we rarely stay in the city, but we had theater tickets and decided to make a weekend of it. We chose the Omni because it was close to the theater as well as the restaurants we like for dinner and brunch. We had an king room on the second floor facing Chestnut Street.... More

Comfortable room with good wifi and air conditioning. Located in the historical part of city. Walking distance to see Liberty Bell, Independence Museum and Centre. Friendly service. The hotel staff actually came out and greeted us at the door when we arrived. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Highly recommended.

First of all - I'm pretty picky about where we stay. This hotel met expectations and more...staff was accommodating, polite, and well informed. They went out of their way to help in any way possible. Room was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Great experience here - will definitely stay with them again!

Perfect location to visit the sights along Independence Mall. Hotel is very well maintained with posh amenities. Made the children feel special - milk & cookies were delivered at bedtime. Upscaled rooms. And they have military rates!

Superb hotel, opulent rooms, every wish and whim catered for - including the demands of young children - our young daughter travelled with us. Set in the historial centre of the USA in the heart of Philadelphia. Because of its central position, you are able to access all major attractions. Close to New Jersey to hop over the Bridge and... Hotel was just down from Indepence Hall so location was great. Not to far from airport or eagles stadium. Was a little dated and our bed could have used a new mattress but could have also been the flight so Id say overall not to bad. Staff was great would definitely return.

I have stayed in several Omni hotels and resorts, and the property in Philadelphia is not on par with expectations. In it's favor is a good location near Independence Hall in Old City, pleasant and helpful front desk, concierge and valet staff, and a decent sized room with adequate amenities. The pool was small but well-maintained. It lacked a distinctive... More

A four night stay at the Omni to check out the sites of Philly with my daughter, this old style hotel was perfect. The location was ideal and we were on the 12th floor with wonderful views of Independence Park and the Franklin Bridge. The staff from check in until we left were friendly, and couldnt be more helpful. Sue... More

From front desk, to bellman, concierge and valet service, this hotel is top notch. Excellent location to historic sites, restaurants and bars. Room clean and comfortable- we had a room with a view. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
