Excellent choice of hotels in an otherwise overpriced city of Brotherly Love. Very clean, quiet, spacious rooms in a convenient downtown location. Walking distance to many attractions, including China Town, and the Pier area(s). Very convenient for the Conservation museum enthusiast- right in the shadow...More
The hotel is conveniently located near the historic district. Staff is friendly. However, the rooms are showing their age and are in need of renovation. I left a message with the manager of housekeeping about an item that might have been left behind or taken...More

Parking is a necessity in downtown Philly. I wish hotel parking was free, but as a person who often travels and stays in hotels, the fee was reasonable. Just about every major hotel charges a parking fee for use of their garage or property. Of course one could take the chance of finding street parking, but as they say, "buyer beware." You just might park far enough away from the Historic District that you could skip your daily workout and take to the streets.
