The hotel is fantastically well located for those interested in visiting old Philadelphia, as it is just next to Christ Church's burial ground (we could see Ben Franklin's grave from our room... a bit weird). The on-site parking is also a big plus. The rooms are spacious and clean. However the AC units are really dated. They make a jumbo...

After booking my trip through "Booking.com," and receiving many confirmations, "looking forward to seeing, I arrived on a late Friday evening. When I gave lady the lady at the desk my name, she checked her computer and her expression changed to one of fear. She told me, she had NO MORE rooms available like the one I booked, as they...

Dear Trip Advisor Traveler, Thank you for your feedback. I can't agree with you more in regards to if you have a problem.... fix it and that's obviously what the agent did. Great location, within walking distance of the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness center. The restaurant was ok, not anything special, and we found ourselves eating at the far more interesting local restaurants.

Great hotel, easy to get to. Staff were very accommodating to our group. Booked a tour for us and even shuttled us to the pick up location. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Every thing seemed very close, even toured Ben Franklins grave which is right behind the hotel. Our room was not ready at checkin time but they comped...

The room was plain & simple, clean but a little worn around the edges, perfectly fine, but not worth the going rate. Service at the front desk was slow, and the "information desk" was primarily a sales desk for a sightseeing bus tour. The fitness room was average. The pool was not open (even though it was over 90 degrees...

Room 525 here. Can't wait to check out tomorrow. Checked in yesterday (Sunday) around 7pm. There were 4 guests in front of me and 1 person checking everyone in. It took me 20 minutes to check in. Soon as I got to my room, I noticed the restroom was dirty. Hair all over the place and a dirty towel on...

We had a problem with our room and the manager, Ronnie, came thru wth making us feel like our happiness and comfort was of upmost importance. The desk clerk, Marie, ( I hope I remember her name correctly) was very helpful and seemed eager to answer any of our questions. Even the maid was cheerful and did an excellant job! So,...

The location of the hotel is excellent--close to all the important sites. Front Desk employees were very friendly. Our room had no closet, just an alcove in the wall with a curtain. It had very little room to hang clothing. There was a safe installed, but it was non-working. The bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging on the wall,...

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for the issues you encountered. It sounds very unusual for your and others rooms not receiving service. Could it have been that you had your Do Not Disturb signed displayed? I will definitely look into it and again my apologies. Regards,

We paid a lot for our Wyndham room because it was the Alumni Weekend and graduation time for the University of Pennsylvania. The location was good, but the hotel itself needs updating. The room had cheaply made furniture. Some of the switchplates and electrical outlet covers were loose. Not all of the outlets worked. Parking was expensive - $36+ per night....
