By Four Seasons standard, this hotel has disappointments - housekeeping was rushed on some days, not replacing basic toiletries, one of the concierge (an elderly lady) seemed put out on the phone when we called for help and looked positively rushed and unhelpful when asked about the "private event" signs outside the courtyard and dismissed our query as saying the...

Just returned from a disastrous stay at this venue. Checked in and offered an upgrade for an extra $100/night. I asked for a quiet room and the Receptionist assured me this was a premier room. We checked in and returned at bedtime. This "Premier" room was located at a corner of the hotel that faces an intersection - the Ben...

This we found to be a very acceptable hotel. The room was a very good size, and the bathroom was large. Although the shower was combined with the bath, as is often the case, the bath was low sided, making for easy access to the shower. The bed was large and very comfortable but there was no facility for making...

I have no major qualms with this hotel...it's just not amazing in any way other than the restaurant. There aren't a lot of great, 5 star options in Philly, and I think this is one of the best, it just doesn't compare to other four seasons properties. From my experience, this hotel is also priced more reasonably as well...so it...

Impeccable service - I brought my small dog and when we came into the room she had her own bed, bowls and biscuits waiting for her. Took a drink to the lobby one night and wait staff came over and served her a bowl of water from a silver platter! So amazing - they treated my dog and I like...

Dear JBowlin, Thank you for your review. We are honored to hear this was one of your best stays at a hotel! We know our four-legged guests are family to our 'two-legged guests', so it's very important to us to make them feel pampered as well. We hope to welcome you both back soon! From the moment we arrived at the Four Season Philadelphia the staff ensures a first rate experience. Even during a busy holiday weekend from the valet station, the front desk, and the concierge no complaints. Even when my girlfriend got sick in the middle of the night room service had Pepto and ginger ale up to the room in a...

I have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel many times for business. The location is good -- close to most things, and most importantly, close to where I go to work in Philadelphia. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They include everything I need or want -- L'Occitaine toiletries, a magnifying mirror, good hair dryer, and more. The bed is...

I stayed at the Four Seasons for a convention in Philadelphia. The property is very classy and the personal attention was outstanding. The restaurant was very pricy but the food quality was superb. My room was nicely appointed and quite comfortable but I needed it to be since it was at the end of a VERY long hallway. Could have...

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Great location as it is close to pretty much everything. Located right by the Logan Circle, everything is in walking distance. Since this is a Four Seasons Hotel, service was perfect. Everyone is eager to help you out with a big smile. I had a few drinks at the Lounge which...

We stayed at this hotel during our recent family visit to Philadelphia. The location is good - walking distance to the commercial part ot the city. The rooms are comfortable, albeit not as luxurious as one would expect at the Four Seasons chain. There is a good fitness center and a wonderful restaurant - Fountain (reviewed separately). For breakfast there...
