Was very busy when I arrived on a Saturday but the staff was pleasant and efficient and I did not wait long to check in. Great location in downtown Philadelphia and the hotel is nicely done. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a convention, and couldn't be happier about my choice.Natasha P. at front desk was outstanding. Anything we needed she took care of efficiently, smartly, and made a large hotel experience feel like a boutique hotel experience. We had a corner room with a spectacular view . There is a large fitness center and a...

Stayed for just the 3 nights in December and loved the location and atmosphere in this hotel. Great bar area with waitress/waiter service to your table which was good as there was a couple of meetings taking place but never felt overcrowded. Twelfth floor room overlooking downtown and the Reading terminal was plenty big enough with a massive comfortable bed...

My room on the 22nd floor, which is advertised as a feather-free floor, had a down throw pillow on the chair, which I did not investigate until after I had returned from dinner on my first night here. The air in the room didn't seem great when I checked in but I thought maybe I was reacting to something else,...

Aside from the water pressure of a third world country, this behemoth is, so far, a pleasant stay. Caveats: I did get a concierge floor, corner, with lots of room, and two terrific views, but not everyone will. The tub is sub-par, there are no USB ports in the room, which is strange in 2017. At least replace your side...

I stayed here on New Year's Eve and you simply cannot beat this location. We stayed in the Headhouse Tower, which was a bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage. Nevertheless, our room was very quiet and comfortable. There were only a few downsides to this hotel; one was the cost of valet parking ($50!) and...

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay and our great location. We were glad to hear that you enjoyed the accommodations but sorry we were not able to make a more positive impression of our hotel due to the crowd and running out of food in the restaurant. Your comments will be used to make improvements...

My son and I stayed at the Marriott Downtown Hotel for one night on December 24, 2016. We were exhausted and fell asleep shortly after arriving, but did make some observations. Checkin was smooth. Bell service was attentive and timely. However, the physical plant is beginning to feel shabby and in need of update. The beds, however, were quite comfortable....

This hotel is huge, very nice rooms, and very clean. The location is perfect, near attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants. The city can be loud at times, however the rooms are very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here over New Years weekend. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff (at check in and the restaurant 13) were very gracious and professional. The doormen went out of their way to greet guests. Parking: The parking is $49 (ridiculous!) so we parked nearby at a lot that charged $15-20 per day and just re-paid every morning. We...
