I'm a Platinum Elite member with Marriott and stayed at this hotel last week. The hotel has beautiful architecture. The rooms are clean and updated. I was most pleased with the excellent customers service. John, the front desk manager was fantastic with all my requests. I would highly recommend this hotel during your next stay.

Again, the Marriott is always very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building is historic. Within walking distance of Independence Hall and places where Jefferson, Franklin and Betsy Ross resided. Walk the other direction and you get to the museum area, most importantly, the Barnes. If you do not know the Barnes, look it up....

Staying on business for an event at the convention center. This is located very close, just about a block from there, very convenient and short walk. Handsome building, quite a nice place on the outside. Nice room, with quality contemporary furnishings. Nice tile in the bathroom, coffee maker w/free coffee, iron, blow dryer and quality towels. Large LCD TV with...

This was our third short stay in Philly (having a freshman at Temple) but our first at the Courtyard Marriot. Don't let the name fool you -- the building is architecturally stunning and is on the register of historic places. Our room on the top floor (15) had a soaring ceiling and windows that were probably 10 feet high. Beautifully...

Booked on points at the last minute, we were not disappointed. A lovely refurbished room with two Q beds on the top floor near the elevator was perfect for the two of us gals - we felt safe and got a great night's sleep. That being said... Marriott needs to update their info online about the parking here. Their site...

One of the worst hotel services I ever encounter. Though We reserve a room more than a month before arrival to our IDWEEK convention, I arrived at about 2:00 am after 20 hours flight, and I was told "no room for you was reserved, O.K will accommodate you in a handicap room; It was dirty, old rutten stockings on the...

Stayed two nights at the hotel. Excellent location by City Hall and convenient for just about everything on foot. Hotel newly refurbished to a good standard staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is exactly as described and could not find fault with anything. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful historic building with large renovated rooms. The location is just across the street from City Hall and a block from Reading Terminal Market. The rooms are clean and contemporary. A train to the airport is a block away and costs only $8. I would definitely stay here again.

Just spent the weekend with a friend in Philadelphia at this hotel. Never having been there before, I was not sure of the layout of the city and the best location. This proved to be the perfect spot. It is at the end of Market Street near City Hall, the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. Within the convention center...
