It has been several years since we have visited the Mammoth Lakes area and we were looking to stay at a location near the Village. Viewpoint Condos fit the bill. It is a short walk to the village and as it turned out conveniently located near the Mammoth Trolley (free). The Trolley will take you and your bicycle to the...

Viewpoint Condos are right at the intersection of Rt. 203 and Minaret Road. That means one can walk to the restaurants and shopping in and around the Village and in the winter the gondola for skiing. It is a middle of the road kind of place with smallish size but good rental prices. The condo website lets one view photos...

We visited Mammoth lakes during July. It was not that crowded and we had great time. Staying at ViewPoint Condominiums was the best thing. Children loved it as it had all kinds of games/books inside and staff was cordial. It was very calm. Will recommend it.

The Viewpoint Condos are conveniently located near downtown Mammoth. My family and I are enjoying a nice summer stay in condo #104 for 3 nights. The space cannot be beat for the price and location, there is a lovely downstairs bedroom, and the loft fits 4 comfortably. The staff is friendly, parking is easy, and a nice game room, pool...

I have stayed here many times, prefer the larger unit close to the clubhouse, kids enjoy rec room and jacuzzi and sauna or very nice, might add the larger unit has two bathrooms worth the extra price right there, while equiped units dont have top quality pans, i pack a fry pan in my ski gear for frying eggs in...

Just completed a family vacation at Viewpoint in Mammoth. Stayed in Condo unit 124 and everything was excellent! Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Plus it is close to the village and many other activities. Would highly recommend!

We spent 2 nights in condo #152, 4 adults. We all had difficulty sleeping due to uncomfortable beds & lack of air circulation in mid June. None of the windows had screens on the windows, so if you left the windows open, you had bugs. If you left the sliding door open which had a screen you had highway noise....

We just spent the week after Christmas here. It was my first stay in #124. Here's the pros and cons Pros: Location-it's maybe three blocks to the village and gondola. You walk through the back, through a parking lot, cross the street and you are there Price-it wasn't cheap because it was a holiday week but with two families splitting...

This place is just a 5-minute walk to The Village at a fraction of their prices. We ski and hike so we come here often. This is our go-to place in Winter or Summer. The units are individually owned and all uniquely decorated. The kitchens are fully equipped so cooking in is easy. But why would you with so many...

My friend and I spent two nights at a condo with a loft here. The condos are fairly close to the main road close to town, but that was fairly quiet. I did notice noise from people talking outside at early hours, but overall it wasn't too noisy. The condo we rented had year-round residents below us. The living room...
