Enjoyed our stay here. Nicely located Inn in a great walking neighborhood. nice nearby restaurants. The owners go out of their way to make you welcome and help with all requests. The wine store and bar are a nice added touch.

Positive comments: The Inn is good location for walking to restaurants in the Oregon District. There are 2 rooms in the Inn and they are spacious, with tall ceilings, large bathroom and lovely wood staircase and trim. Leslie is friendly. The self serve dining room is convenient and you can have coffee, tea and soda anytime along with bagels and...

Original 19th century butternut and walnut woods grace this fine old home. A marble fireplace and well appointed antique furniture bring elegance to the large bed room which features a very comfortable king bed. The large bathroom is tastefully upgraded. The city blocks outside show an eclectic mix of shops and eateries.

Other reviewers have extolled the virtues of Inn Port and I agree with them completely. I just want to add a few additional observations: 1. You will never meet any innkeepers who are nicer and more accommodating than Leslie and Jeff. 2. The Oregon District itself is worth visiting. It's compact, very walkable and features any number of beautifully restored...

We shared the upstairs "suite" with another couple that we know. The accommodations were fantastic! The rooms, beds, bathrooms were all very comfortable. The building was originally built in...1877...?? Owners did great work on the alterations. Downstairs was a sitting room complete with a stereo that included a turntable (!) and records! They also have a wine shop/bar open Weds-Sat...

Although we live locally in the Dayton area, we were searching for accommodations for our December wedding. Not only did we need to secure lodging for our guests travelling in from out of town - but we also were looking for the perfect spot to hold our intimate rehearsal dinner, the perfect spot for our bridal party to primp and...

My wife and I stayed in the Champagne Suite. Initially, we had a bit of trouble finding 22 Brown Street but everything was great after that. Upon entering, there is the living room with a dining table for 4, pull out sofa and big, flat screen TV. To the left is the master bedroom with a king size bed and...

We stayed in the Champagne Suite, it was spacious, clean and very romantic. On-site parking was nice, because we could walk to all of the restaurants and shops in the Oregon District. Kitchen is stocked with breakfast items, so you don't have to get up or ready to eat at a certain time.A great stay at a very reasonable price...

I stopped into the Port D'Vino for a single night after seeing it pop up online. I lucked out and they had one room available for the night, the Oporto room. The room layouts and accurate photos are on their website, which also allows you to check availability. The hostess is warm and accommodating, without being intrusive. The ground floor...

The suite in the back is where my wife and I stayed. The furnishings were nice, but the layout of the suite was a little awkward. The entrance off the parking lot has some awkward steps. Once inside, there is a room with a TV and a couch and a dining table. Yeah, you dine here, but the kitchenette is...

“There isn't a bad room in the place. We actually ended up renting the entire B&B, plus a room at the Guesthouse - and everyone was thrilled with their rooms. The extra touches of a stocked kitchen and record player in the central living room were perfect, we didn't really need to bring a thing extra!”
