Very nice place, good location within walking distance of all major sites in Yorktown. However, be aware that breakfast is NOT included. There is an extra $12 charge per person for breakfast. So I would call this just a "Bed" and not a "Bed and Breakfast"!

Thank you for your recent stay. An optional full or continental breakfast is always available to our guests for an additional charge. Because the majority of our suites have kitchen facilities many of our guests choose not to add breakfast to their stay. Therefore, our room charge is separate from our breakfast charge so that many of our customers who...

I reserved two rooms for me and one for my son and his family. The rooms (Patriot and Yorktown) were spacious, bright and very comfortable. Although both rooms included a more than adequate kitchen, we had breakfast every morning in the dining room. The owners Amy and Paul prepared yummy breakfasts, different every morning, The choices satisfied all taste buds....

I cannot say enough about the hospitality at the Marl Inn. Paul and Amy are so nice and accomodating. The food is always amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed here with my two children, ages 14 and 10. It was perfect as we could walk to everything in Yorktown. Our accommodations were clean and quiet. Our hosts were very kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

My family rented 3 of the suites during this Christmas weekend. Everything was great; used the full kitchen to do some baking for family gatherings. Extra touches in the rooms (and bathroom!) made for extra special stay.

Our family from Beaufort SC, Orlando, Dallas and CT took up all 5 guest rooms and had a great time visiting. We booked the Garden View Room as an additional living area to congregate when we weren't out and about. Amy was very accommodating and their gardens and surrounding area is a great location for any kind of reunion.

Stayed here for a getaway for me and my Cousin on 10/1. We knew we would enjoy each other's company but had such an extra special time at the Marl Inn and in Yorktown! We started out at the wine festival and enjoyed the lovely location along the river. Everything is in walking distance and the Beach Delly and Yorktown...

Me and my dad stayed at the Marl Inn for a night on our way south from Washington. The owners were excellent hosts and the room we stayed in was nice and cosy. The garden area was lovely and Amy, one of the owners, took her time to talk to us and recommended sights to see in the area. The...

We were sent here by another local B&B who were full. What a lucky thing! We stayed Sept 7, 8, 9. So many of the sights were within easy walking distance, and was a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg. Also was an easy drive to the Mariner's Museum in Newport News. Everything was so clean, and so quiet at night....

We returned to Marl Inn to recharge. Enjoyed the river walk and beach this time. Relaxing 20 minute drive to Williamsburg for family. The room is immaculate and morning coffee in the garden delicious. Thank you Krista for making our stay very enjoyable!
