You are 3 blocks away from the beach, at a price everyone can afford. Great stay. My family and I had a very good time at the hotel. Staff was great, wifi was ok, rooms where just right. Showers were very modern. Check it out!

We are in town for The Surf Rodeo the only Surf Contest and Music Festival on the beach in all of California. Not bad for a freeway close Motel 6. Staff is friendly and attentive. Some things probably could be dusted better, but I am generally pleased with the hotel in general. No frills Motel 6 are generally consistent in...

Stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied . Our room was updated with laminate flooring, and clean fresh furnishings. Very basic, but functional and just fine for Motel 6. Location is great, you are a very short walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants. This property is large and very busy, so you do get a...

We stayed here over night June 18th. Sometime around 4:00am there was a loud knock on the door, they didn't identify themselves. By the time I got out of bed a stranger had opened my door with a card key! I'm not sure if the front desk didn't change our key from the previous tenant or if he had a...

Brand new mattresses! However the soap made us itchy the room had a overwhelming smell of their disinfectants so I knew it was cleaned. Stayed one night this location is right by a Denny's, Mac Donald's and walk distance to the beach however there are are alot of bums....

Would not recommend. When we arrived our room smelled bad and while we were settling in we left the door open to air out the room. A bunch of people who were staying at the hotel were walking by and decided to just walk in for no reason like they owned the room, really inappropriate, did not feel safe. We...

When I made the reservation w/credit card price was $75 & when I checked in rates "changed" to $85. Room has laminate flooring, cement walls, beds are flimsy mattresses on a platform. Clean but very small. Scratchy sheets. NO hairdryer! Great location but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very average, having come from north California where our stops had good accommodation, this was a disappointment. The room was clean but basic, the "Double" bed was obviously miss described as a double, no coffee making facilities, traffic noise from Highway 101 was a sleeping problem early morning, and the shower was a disappointment. The intention was to stay 2-3...

Evidently this place was recently built because the room was efficiently and brightly designed with simple, inexpensive furnishings but everything was kind of fun and interestingly put together -- rather than being dismal like the Bay Front Inn in Santa Cruz, this place had a whimsical feeling in the wall colors, the round holes in which rolled towels were stowed,...

Nice motel for those on a budget! It was clean and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Easy walk to several restaurants and beach. Also, dog friendly 🐾🐾 I was originally booked at the Travelers Inn but after reading the horrible reviews about how dirty and unsafe it was I opted to go to Motel 6 instead......
