I think the price for this hotel is high for what you get. It's nice enough, but glad I wasn't paying for it, work was. It has a restaurant and a bar and a coffee shop which is nice. It has a pool. Nice views of the city / baseball. You can walk to some restaurants from here. I didn't...

We thought the hotel offered great service and friendly staff. The hotel was in walking distance to all the hot spots of El Paso. We thought this hotel was in a great location and service. We would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay. Several restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Pot Au Feu. The firehouse restaurant in the hotel had a very good breakfast , good selection Close to the Civic Center and history museum.

Location is great but this is a downtown hotel so don't expect good views from your room. Room and hallways were clean and in good shape. Restaurant in the hotel "Fire" was good. Loved the chicken enchilada soup - guacamole was great! As usual with a Doubletree - the cookie at check in was delicious.

We were there for a wedding. The Hotel was clean, the location convenient and close to the malls. The shuttle to airport was a great add-on. Food was great, great value for the money! Staff in all areas was very helpful, courteous. Loved the cookie!

Check-in went without a hitch although the parking situation is a bit odd. You can literally get stuck in lobby if you do not have your key card. (2 elevators go from 7th floor up and one does first floor and up but if you are in lobby and the other two elevators are on a floor, the only door...

Chose for its location close to the old downtown where we grew up, close to museums, plazas, shopping. The restaurant Fire is the equal of any 4 star for prep, presentation, quality, service. Breakfast was offered in-room and coffee bar available downstairs

Overall hotel experience was good. Room quality and facility was nice. Fire restaurant was disgustingly bad and extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. Pricing is never the issue for me if the food is decent quality. During my stay I gave the restaurant three tries. 1) steak, overcooked and terrible cut/unfresh, 2) Ahi tuna, maybe it was my...

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but I would like to apologize for your experience with the restaurant. When you have time, I would like to speak with you about this matter in more detail. Please contact me directly at the hotel.

This hotel was a total disappointment. The elevators are all wonky, go to different floors and take forever. 18 bucks for a garbage breakfast where the omelette table is never attended! Thank god I had it included in my reservation... I'd be pissed if I paid for it! The people at the front desk are nice enough, but lack professionalism....
