It has not been updated for many year. My key card had to be updated a few time during my stay. It has a potential to be nice but it needs some TLC and about 500K in updates. They offer a free Breakfast which is nothing but sad excuse, unless you like waffles, store bagels and 5 other kids of...

The hotel seemed friendly enough although was in a state of disrepair in places. The carpet upstairs and downstairs was in a pretty poor state.Needed a good clean. The bathroom in our room was in bad state. Floor looked bad and the outside of the bath looked like it needed scrubbed. Also the toilet was dirty inside the bowl and...

The overnight night customer service was not as good as the daytime customer service. I had an issue with the hairdryer short circuiting while I used it. Tried to get the overnight service to have someone look at it. I had to have the daytime people get it fixed once it did finally blow while I was using it. Once...

The hotel it's self is fine my problem was a found a used tissue inside my bed meaning only one thing, the bed linen had not been changed between the previous guests and myself, also the hotel backs onto university housing which can get a bit noisy at times

A good place to stay. The facility is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Stayed for one night and the TV did not work the whole time. They claimed it was problem with the dish connection while other TVs in the facility was working

After reading other reviews, thought we made a mistake. But our hotel room was clean and the location was good- next to to University, a lot of places to eat nearby. It's an old hotel- like 99% of the other hotels in town, but room was still clean andcomfortable. We had no problems with noise- stayed on lower floor, plenty...
