Celebrated my wife's 50th birthday in NYC last weekend. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the experience special. A dozen roses were delivered to the room as well as a birthday card with cupcakes. All at no charge. The room was nice, clean and relatively large. Also enjoyed the attached restaurant. Would definitely stay there again!

We received a wonderful welcome when we stayed 17 through to 21st. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. Cannot praise Estela and Joanne , Customer Services Managers highly enough for their care and attention. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent value vending machines on each floor with ice , essential when NYC temperatures hitting 90s during our visit. Great location- for subways...

My daughter and I just returned from a week's stay in New York. It was our first time and we loved everything except the heat wave, of course. This hotel is in a perfect location if you are there to see Broadway shows. Away from the crowds on Times Square and actually pretty quiet at night. We had a king...

The room was very nice but the staff at the front seemed to be a little layedback like they were on break. the workers at the front desk were very nice. And the concierge was no help at all she seemed to be bothered for me asking about the subways. The other guest were loud each night when they returned...

We went to NYC as a family to do some sight seeing and shopping. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. You can walk pretty much anywhere you want to from here. Lots of restaurants nearby that aren't too over priced. The rooms were very clean and quite large for NYC. We had a corner room and it was...

Room seemed HOT even though a/c was on 65! Stayed on 10th floor, clean but cramped with sleeper sofa in use, and tiny bathroom. NO free breakfast, close to Times Square, and desk clerks were friendly.

We stayed at this hotel as a family. It is in a location that is close to everything and had the best rates of hotels I was looking at in New York. I would highly recommend. It has queen beds which is nice if you want more room than a double bed.

We spent one night at the hotel and were very pleased with our experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were a generous size, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We will definitely stay there again.

My wife an I are native New Yorkers and we always stay at this hotel. When I checked in, I was "welcomed back" and acknowledged that I was a Hilton Platinum member. The staff is great, the bellmen have been there since Teddy Roosevelt, the rooms are neat, clean and you always have a refrigerator and microwave in the room....

Stayed here while touring on business. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable. WIndows open a little to allow some fresh air in. Close to Times Square. Many, many restaurants close by. Hotel itself has a rooftop bar deck. That was a cool place to hang out when there were some guest up there. Small, but comfortable...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
