really enjoyed our stay. we were so close the theatres, only 2 blocks to where we went to see wicked. Went to a little local Italian restaurant just around the corner that was referred by an employee at the hotel. We really enjoyed the food....More
The location is great. Definitely easy walking distance to various theaters and Time Square. The hotel is fine. Very nice staff. Rooms are good size but bathrooms are small and bathroom counter space is small. Keurig coffee maker in the room with coffee and tea....More

Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our property, your comments are very much valued.
The staff here really makes the experience, particularly Adwoa. She went above and beyond to fix some things during check-in that made my stay a delight. highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a serviceable albeit not fancy hotel in midtown

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square, June 14th to June 15th. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like gold. I asked for early check-in and got it no problem. I stayed in a King room that was bigger than I...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

They put a hold on your card. It’s a joke as there simply isn’t a mini bar or anything worthy of them putting this hold. They charged my credit card twice for accommodation. Be very very careful if you book through an agency such as Expedia and pay through them because at the hotel they will ask for your credit card and charge you a second time. My advice / give them a card that won’t max out and remind them you have already paid. They will also argue with you when you show them this double charge. They will then tell you to sort it out with your bank. You call your bank for help from hotel and they will then try and charge you for the call - mine was over $300US. I refused to pay it. My $1000 prepaid accomodation came in at almost 4K because of the daily deposit plus the double charge. They would not reverse it. They said ‘it’s just a pending ‘ - they said it’s not been taken. I argued with them for over an hour that my card cannot be used even in a pending as they maxed out my card. They would only cancel that pending on checkout - they didn’t care, Maurice the manager is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered - total pig when trying to get matters resolved and is hard to get hold of. Just watch every single thing they do - your card is charged at their whim. See other reviews of similar nature. Good location but not a hotel I would ever use again.
