Excellent Experience

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Our room was ready early and they were happy to store our bags on our check out day. Clean and great location, especially for the price! We were easily able to walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park.

Good Value

Really good location. Helpful doormen and bellman. Guest services quick and efficient. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good coffee served in the lobby. Close to Broadway,clubs and restaurants. I'll stay here again

Best way to get to the hotel from JFK? What are the closest subway stations?

You have a few options. If you are a family 4+ people I would get a taxi cab or Uber. The economics of this are more friendly with more passengers. Also easy if you have lots of luggage. I usually get the airtrain and subway. One route is to take the blue coloured line to the port authority bus terminal which is only a few blocks from the hotel. Cost is about 7.25 per person including the airtrain out of the terminals. Keep your metro card because you can top it up. There are also a number of operators running shuttle buses to midtown. These will drop you right at your hotel usually. Cost approx 20 plus tip. So ideal if you are a solo traveller but it can take a long time. Over an hour. Could even be 2 hours if traffic is heavy. I would do the subway if you are solo or couple and confident. It’s very safe and I find it easy. Enjoy

Yes and yes But the fridge is not big enough to store extra milk 🥛 and Orange Juice 😉

Are your hotel elevators key card accessed? What if I have someone to visit me?

Sorry for the delayed reply and I know that I am probably too late. But no, they are only required for the room. Had an Awesome stay there though.
