We experienced a disappointing suite our first night but were moved to one that exceeded our expectations for the remainder of our stay. Buddy at the front desk did a fantastic job! From that point forward our stay was fantastic. Staff at the Bull and the Bear was wonderful and the food was outstanding. Sorry to see the hotel closing....

We were upgraded to a suite that was fantastic. The front desk team, doormen and all the staff were extremely professional and service oriented. The hotel was extremely clean and everything you would expect from a first class hotel.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary at The Towers at Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC. A completely wonderful and elegant hotel. We enjoyed the Bull and Bear Restaurant as well as the Peacock Alley - the food was delicious. Bull and Bear is recommended for a special occasion and Peacock Alley is a more relaxed setting.

My third time staying at the Waldorf this year - first time for pleasure - and this time my partner and I were upgraded to a suite on the 41st floor of the Towers. Kevin graciously checked us in and accompanied us to the suite - pointing out all amenities - which were abundant. The room was stunning - with...

Received a free upgrade at my arrival and was so happy with every member of staff, from check in to check out. Drinks and both bars were unbelievable and consistently great! My husband and I were so pleased with entire experience!

I had the absolute pleasure staying in 34A in early November. I can't stress how incredible the experience was. The accommodation, known as the Cole Porter Suite was impeccable kept, we especially loved the ornate rug in the center of the room. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the unmatchable service. Anything we could possible need was available and...

A couple of weeks ago we spent a long weekend at the Waldorf Towers in a beautiful two-bedroom suite. The service and amenities were outstanding, including the legendary Bull & Bear restaurant and the Peacock Alley and Sir Harry's bar. We wanted to stay at this grand iconic hotel one last time before it closes next year for a 3-year...

We have stayed at the Towers many times. This was our second stay there this year. Each time the hotel staff seem to outdo themselves with outstanding service. I highly recommend you stay here before the hotel closes for renovations next year.

Beyond the initial impression from the lobby of the hotel, one immediately feels the exclusivity as you enter one of the beautifully paneled elevators heading up into the Towers of the Waldorf. As you step off the elevator and take in the gorgeous arched and vaulted ceilings of the hallways, you are awed by the vision of the designers, architects,...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
