Top quality and service at this boutique hotel. Just off the Square with less traffic and noise....impeccable service from Front Desk staff, Doorman, concierge, etc...the Breakfast Buffet was excellent and included with your stay. Service in the restaurant was delightful and the food was FRESH and delicious. The rooms have fabulous and comfortable beds and bedding, as well as a...

I've stayed at the Lombardy many times and it will always be my "go to" hotel in mid-town. I feel like I am home when I stay there. My suites are always spacious and comfortable. And I love that there is a kitchen so I am able to cook if I want to. I love the location so close to...

We stayed in this hotel for 5nights.We were lucky to stay in one of their suites. It was fabulous. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Yes there was scaffolding on the front but did not encroach on us at all. Breakfast was adequate, but needed to be filled up a little quicker. Staff all over the hotel...

Hotel itself is small but the suite we had was beautifully decorated & clean. Very convenient location w/ Whole Foods nearby & subway station. Kitchen had a full fridge, 2-burner cooktop, & microwave but no large microwavable dishes, ie. Corningware, etc. Should have had more of those if microwave is available. Breakfast was free but limited choices, esp healthy options....

After decades we stayed at the Lombardy, now renovated and, as usual, in a vibrant part of Midtown. The rooms are big and comfortable . Restaurants , boutiques and department stores are at a walking distance.Coming back at this renovated and now modern hotel was pleasant. We had a great time.

First, let me say that I gave this hotel 3 stars instead of 4 stars, largely because of all the construction going on. I understand they may not have total control over that and they gave us an upgrade, but we paid for 4 star accommodations and did not have anything to warn us about this, so it had some...

Hello nnvabudz and thank you very much for being our guests. We hope your overall experience at The Lombardy has been delightful. We completely understand your feeling regarding the construction. The hotel recently completed waterproofing of the front of the building and we are awaiting clearance from the city to remove the scaffold from the front. We have now begun...

We recently stayed at this hotel, the rooms were lovely and an ideal location but the breakfast was very badly serviced. Breakfast states that it is from 6 to 10 but when you come at 9:20, plates and table settings are packed away and all the food is empty and cold, this happened on multiple occasions. When asked if it...

Gorgeous suites and we got upgraded to a spacious terrace overlooking mid-town. Conveniently located to the 6. Honestly it was like staying in a luxury apartment, we felt right at home! Friendly doormen and bellhops. Well-appointed rooms and up to date TVs.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
