We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, once again. All staff members were friendly and efficient. Rosemary, in the breakfast area, was especially friendly and helpful and Ricky at the front desk was especially accommodating by fulfilling our special requests. Both of these staff members should should be commended for reflecting the high quality of service provided at this hotel.

We arrived at this hotel at 3:00pm but since check-in is at 4:00 pm we had to wait an hour to get into our room. Be aware of this. Unfortunately there was one bellman who was really rude to me (Another one was very friendly though). Our room was spacious and comfortable but the AC was very loud every time...

We stayed here for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. Staff was great! Rooms were pretty good too. They had great tips for the city and there is a discount for the restaurant in the hotel which is amazingly yummy!

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Belvedere Hotel and enjoyed our visit very much. The room was small but clean. We had 2 full size beds, small bathroom (nice towels) and a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Service was prompt when needing more towels, a taxi etc. The concierge was very helpful with subway directions and restaurants. There...

I loved this hotel, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge desk was accommodating and helpful. If I have any complaint, it would be that the bathroom was very tiny, but it was very clean.

The staff was great, from the front desk to the bell hop. They were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived well before or check in time. They stored our bags and offered to call us when our room was ready. The room was very clean. The hotel is well within walking distance of many theaters and restaurants.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
