Very well located hotel, just one block from Times Square. Front desk is sometimes a little bit slow because it's a big hotel. Same thing happens with the elevators, sometimes you need to wait a little bit for one. Bedrooms are big for the Manhattan average. Hotel is nice. We had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are beautiful. The fitness center is useful. Great wifi. The concierge can get you tickets to anything!! The lobby is a gorgeous place to eat. At the breakfast counter in the lobby, Mohammed Chowdhury gave us top-notch service! We love New York City!

We booked two executive suite rooms for two nights for a spectacular NYC Thanksgiving. The hotel OVERBOOKED and did NOT have the rooms for us! Eventually we were discounted to two standard rooms (after 1.5 hours at the front desk). Rooms were not clean. Manager of the hotel - terrible. Will never ever stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing...

Just had a four day break at this hotel with friends. The location is spot on and the staff with one exception were lovely. The reception area was nice but once past the lifts it was a different matter. The corridors were grim and in need of painting and the rooms were shabby, the wallpaper was yellow and curling off...

After looking and comparing prices this came up as an offer. On booking realised too late additional taxes and daily charge so cost a lot more than the search advertised. Plus. Location Negative. Tired looking, poorly decorated, poorly renovated, heat/aircon not working. This could be such a good hotel but let itself down. Advice look elsewhere.

For the location and the staff, I would stay here again. Yes there is an extra fee per night but when booking online for us that was mentioned so it was not a surprise. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
