Nicely appointed hotel in the middle of Times Square. We stayed on the top floor and it was extremely quiet from the street level noise. The beds were luxurious and the room was clean and upscale. We received very good service, especially from the front desk and the concierge desk. Highly recommend.

I normally stay here or at the Marquis. This is a great location, in the heart of Times Square. Rooms are clean and well appointed with everything that you will need. Service is excellent at checking in and staff is very professional. You need to take a short elevator rode up to main lobby, keeps the noise down. In the...

What a place, right in the centre of Times Square, the staff were excellent and we had a room that overlooked part of the square, we stayed for six nights and had no complaints. From the reception staff to the concierge to the maid, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had room 801 and were very happy with this, the...

Me and my boyfriend spent three nights in this hotel in March 2010. It wasnt the best hotel i have ever stayed in, however saying that, when you weigh it up with its location and price, you get a great hotel. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The location is fab! Right in the centre of times square and...

We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting NY for six days last week. Location is amazing right in the middle of Times Square, we hade a room overlooking Broadway. The staff were all lovely very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was a good size with very comfortable beds and pillows. The R-lounge had...

I recently spent an evening celebrating my anniversary at the Renaissance. The staff and the hotel were top shelf, and they made my wife and I feel quite at home. The rooms were very clean and inviting and the R-lounge had quite the view! I am a Gold Elite member and feel that this hotel far exceeded my expectations.

I have stayed here in the past for the great location in the heart of Times Square. The rooms do not have great views but the lobby lounge has one of the best views of Times Square and worth the drink price. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Disappointing no benefits for gold members on the weekend so they can save...

I stayed at this hotel when visiting NY for three days on business. Location is great, although you could almost walk past the hotel entrance if you didn't know what you were looking for! I was in a high floor looking down onto the Hershey's store on Broadway, but the lifts are super fast and it takes no time at...

If you want to be in the heart of the action then this hotel is for you, but it isn't noisy! Our room overlooked Times Square so we expected some disturbance but actually didn't experience any, just a fantastic view of the hustle and bustle. Cocktails in the R lounge is a must. Hotel highly recommended

On the plus side you can not beat the location. The staff were also wonderful and were able to accommodate our every request, including connecting rooms and an early check-in. The rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Room service was efficient and tasty. Unfortunately, our sleep was interrupted every night by a loud intermittent noise. The hotel staff...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
