My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to NYC and the hotel did not disappoint. Before booking our trip, I was looking for more of an economical option because let's be serious, nothing in NYC is cheap. The hotel is in a great spot and close to a lot of things like: bars, food, central park, subway,...

I recently stayed at the Park Central Hotel in New York City. When I got home and checked my Visa statement, I saw I had been charged $134. Since I was told I had paid my bill in full. I was very surprised and made enquiries. I was told this was a holding fee and would be reversed in a...

Great location. But disappointed with the $33 a day charge for services I didn't use. Very clean and friendly staff. Did $1 a day breakfast which suited. Didn't think much of happy hour, white wine was not included!

This is a very modern style Hotel, it is very clean and well maintained. The room was nice but the view we had was of wall so that wasn't too good but the bed was really comfortable. The hotel was close to Central Park, radio city, Rockefeller center and time square, all walking distance.

This is among the worst hotels of it's type to stay in. While well located for Broadway, the room is like the lesser ones you stay in overnight at an airport. A key to the men's room in the lobby did not work. There were no paper towels to dry your hands. Staff is courteous but spare. You need radar...

I will start with the positives: the lobby is beautiful and the front desk people polite . Rooms are clean; however very small. We paid over 400 per night for 2 beds , no coffee maker, no radio, and no view. I will not stay here again.

My friend and I stayed overnite on Dec.4,2016. We were both impressed with the decor of our room on the 14th floor and the spaciousness of the bathroom. We had a nice view of Seventh Avenue. The staff of the Park Central were very friendly from check-in to check-out. At the end of our stay a smiling doorman hailed us...

This was our second time in staying at park central, and previously loved it! We had requested to stay in the same room as emailed 2 weeks before however when we arrived we were given a different room on a different floor. Very noisy from room, as right near elevators on the first night we asked if we could be...

Arrived on Thanksgiving day at 2pm. The lobby was busy but no line up to check in. The lady who checked us in was not in the least bit helpful or nice. She wasn't able to check us in early, which was expected but was unnecessary rude about it. They do have a great secure area to store your luggage...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
