I paid nearly 1000.00 dollars for 3 night and and couldn't believe the room. The room was ok at first glance because of the view of times square but other than that it was totally a rip off. The biggest issue outside of the rude staff the bathroom. It was in unbelievable condition. The shower head was separated from the...

Quick walking distance to 5th Ave and 1/2 block fromTimes Square. Parking directly across the street from the hotel's 45st main entrance. Room staff was great (thanks Karen on 30th floor). Lobby area was a good place to hang and rest your feet after a day of walking the concrete jungle. Pricing was what you should expect in the city...

Decent hotel but room service needs work. I am staying at the hotel on business. I arrived Sunday evening (5/5) and ordered room service. Maid service came in on 5/6 and the food tray was left outside my door. Today is now 5/7 and the tray is still sitting outside my door. In addition to this, instead of replacing the...

Visited New York with my mom and sisters for a girls' shopping trip. The location of the hotel was great. Just out side the lobby is the heart of Times Square. But we were a little disappointed because the room itself was pretty average. This location definitely needs a "facelift". The bedding looked worn, and the bathroom didn't seem as...

I went for a long weekend to NYC with my mother, her friend and my sister. We arrived at 4:00 on Friday to a delightful and friendly valet. He was very helpful and polite, as well as conscientious. I locked the car, but he made sure it was locked regardless before escorting us into the building. I had called a...

I apologize for the inconveniences you experience during your recent stay with us. It is unfortunate that we were unable to extend late check-out on the day of your departure due to being sold out as our housekeepers need to tend to the rooms in order to ensure our guests are checked in as soon as the rooms are available....

We spent a long week end there, my review is overall positive. The position is very good (just across Time Square), the double room was spacious, clean and silent. In summary, all that you would expect from a four stars hotel, but no more than that. The only issue were the elevators, often out of order so it might have...

First time in New York City, stayed at the Millennium Hotel Broadway. The location of this hotel is wonderful just around the corner from Time Square. This hotel is in a great location and the staff is very helpful. Internet isn't free and rooms are average in size, if two people were staying in one king room it'd be hard to move around, but the beds are very comfortable and for the location and price, you can't beat it!

I wish I could have liked this hotel but unfortunately many of the previous reviews were right on. The first room we were checked into was filthy. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
