Had a delightful corner room on the 27th floor, looking toward Ellis Island, Hoboken, and Jersey City Beautiful view. Great king size bed, nice sheets, room not cramped at all, nice bathroom. Cute little coffee maker worked like a charm. Every thing was perfect (including price through Hotels.com) until about 4 in the morning when a woman started screaming at...

Nothing exciting about the building. Old New York brownstone. Proximity to 9/11 Memorial and Museum is a plus. Helpful staff - even accommodated 10 am check- in. Standard room size for NYC. Ours had excellent view of Statue of Liberty. One downside is $25 cab fare to mid- town

Right on West Ave and a block south of the Trade Center Plaza, the Marriott is well situated but not in "the fray" farther north and east, a mixed blessing. It's nice but not nice enough for the price tag, reflecting the Manhattan effect, I guess. The Brooklyn Marriott is nicer with a modern flair and a swimming pool. The...

I arrived at the Hotel about 11 PM after a half half-day of travel. I was told there were no rooms available despite my pre paid reservation. They offered to put me up at a different downtown hotel. I told them that I preferred to stay here, given I was attending a conference at the hotel. They said there was...

I recently spent the night at this hotel the night before an early breakfast meeting at 225 Liberty Place. I had a later meeting at 4 WTC. The hotel was perfectly situated. It would also be perfect for a tourist visiting the 9/11 museum. I arrived by car late at night. There is a 24 hour garage right around the...

Located in the heart of downtown the front desk staff are very courteous and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable but could use updating. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place downtown. The restaurant was very good and room service was tasty (which is not always the case).

A very good location in a revitalized downtown Manhattan. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Like much of Manhattan, it's a very walkable neighborhood. The hotel itself is clean, well priced, and convenient.

My wife and I stayed here and enjoyed every minute of our visit to the city! The hotel is very handy to Broadway shows and numerous fine eateries. We were able to take in Wicked and eat nearby all within minutes of the hotel proper.. The hotel iself has numerous offerings such as a workout room, massages, a cocktail lounge...
