Love the location which is convenient to things in the area. My only bad experience was my room bathroom and iron and that no associate would answer the phone after 11pm for me to complain. All other was good.More

Since I have been staying at the Doubletree Metropolitan hotel on 51st street and Lexington Avenue, the front desk manager Jorge Paredes has been the reason I continue business at this hotel. Great customer service and hospitality!!!
