I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The location was perfect! The view from our room was the front of Grand Central Station which is beautiful. Our room was very nice and clean! It was on the smaller side but didn't feel cramped. The staff was very helpful and nice. We ate a room service...

I stayed at this hotel from 12 June for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location and staff were very helpful. Our room was on the 27th floor and I we never heard a sound which was good to retreat to after a busy day. Room was cleaned daily and always spotless on our return. Used the market...

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It does need some improvements. The rooms are small, but adequate. (bathrooms as well). This hotel is very easy access for most of parts of NYC. If I had a choice I would probably stay in another property. The staff was average and the rooms were not very elegant for the...

Sitting above Grand Central Station, and a short walk from Times Square, the Hyatt is superbly located - easy to get to from the airport, and then on to the rest of the city. By New York standards, the rooms are palatial, and very comfortable. The hotel offers an airline lounge-style space, with food and drink available through the day...

I cannot fault the Grand Hyatt New York. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated, the beds were absolutely sensational, and the location is amazing. Situated between Grand Central Station and The Chrysler Building, you're not going to get a much better location while in NYC. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to NYC - You will...

Went to the Big Apple for the Belmont Stakes. The Midtown location is GREAT. Walk to Grand Central Station, Times Square, Central Park, Radio City, 5th Ave. and Bloomingdales! Rooms are a little small but NICE . Quite for NYC. Very helpful staff. Everything you need is on site. Will stay there again.

Dear Vershacarter, Thank you for taking the time to review Grand Hyatt New York. We are constantly striving to improve out hotel so your feedback is greatly appreciated. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
