They make it easy for Shabbat observers and it's comfortable. It's also very close to where I needed to go. Everyone especially the front desk and belle staff were very nice, neat and pleasant. Yes I'd come back again.

As a single person, I am treated with respect and kindness. The hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I come to NYC for music at Lincoln Center and it is an easy and pleasant walk to the center.

I was travelling on a last minute business trip and my preferred hotel across the street was out of my price range. The Belleclaire stepped in nicely however. Overall it is a nice hotel on the upper west side. Great location with good restaurants and only a few moments from Central Park if you want an early morning run before...

You can't get better value for your money than the Belleclaire Hotel. The staff is friendly staff, clean rooms, great neighborhood. Convenient to Midtown and all New York has to offer off the Number 1 train and the 2 with the 2 and 3 train a 5 minute walk.

We stayed here for 2 weeks with one night off in-between. The first room we had was a little on the noisy side. But the second was quiet. We were also awarded with a free upgrade for the second part of our stay. The staff were generally helpful and attentive. The location was excellent, subway station 2 blocks away (3minute...

We stayed for 7 nights and our room was clean, comfortable and the hotel was very close to a subway station, making it very easy to get around. However, disappointingly my partner emailed ahead asking if the hotel could do anything to make our trip extra special. He had arranged the trip as a surprise to celebrate my 30th birthday...

There aren't a lot of hotels on the UWS, we just found Belleclaire and were quite impressed. They must have converted a prewar apartment building and although there are some minor issues, they are...minor. We met family here for a long weekend, and everyone was positive about their stay. The staff is helpful and friendly, the lobby is comfortable. The...

Stayed 2 nights - the room, while small for overall standards, was not a bad size for NYC. Room was clean; staff was friendly. Elevators are small so if you have claustrophobia you may want to ask for a lower floor. I didn't eat or drink there so I can't comment on that. Also, did not use housekeeping or any...

This hotel was recently renovated - the lobby that is. The rooms are in need of an overhaul. Our king deluxe was not deluxe. The room was large and spacious, but the furniture is very run down and unattractive. It was extremely noisy - even for NY standards. We don't usually mind the street noise, but the noise from the...
