No breakfast buffet, just a single croissant. Apart from that, everything was as expected. The location of the hotel is fine, close to a subway station, so it is very easy to get to/from the hotel to all the interesting sites in NYC.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and quite. They are not large, but certainly not a closet. I would recommend this hotel to any experienced traveler. The location has lots of public transportation available within a couple of blocks, and there a lot of good places to eat within easy walking distance.

Arriving exhausted after a transatlantic flight, we were assigned a tiny room that could not even hold a night table, although we had booked a deluxe room. Front desk personnel was variable. Some greeted you with a smile, but others were rude and arrogant.

This is a very comfortable hotel on the Upper West side walking distance to Central Park and all kinds of amenities: restaurants, subway (77th and 72nd 1,2,3 line), and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay. If you have kids the Natural History museum is just a few blocks away.

Superb location. Very professional and friendly staff. Near subway. Some rooms do not have a dresser. Old world charm with updated rooms. Clean and comfortable bed. Walk to restaurants and museums. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I just spotted a review from another traveler commenting on how small the room was. Oh yeah! One double bed took up 90% of the room, causing us to have to sidle carefully by the mini fridge on the floor so as not to break a leg. No place to hang clothing, no place to set a suitcase. Fortunately, this...

I was completely shocked at how small the room and bathroom were. There was not enough space for clothing.. The room snack bar prices were outrageous and robbery. The lighting was terrible, the air conditioning was loud. The TV channels were too few.

European flavor with NYC vibe - this is a great option for anyone visiting NYC. It's wonderfully located - within a few blocks of Central Park and museums. Lincoln Center and mid-town are a long walk, or short taxi/Uber/subway ride away.

Our stay was confortable, as the hotel was well located for us. I regret that it was not enough space room into the wardrobe for 3 persons, the room was too small and thee bathroom very cold because of a draft coming from the window. I told the reception, but they couldn't do anything.

The hotel is nice and clean, a bit run down the hall and the entrance. The room we have booked was very noisy due to a/c of other rooms facing the windows of our room, so we asked for another room and the concierge was very kind and changed the room. We asked for a low pillow and extra soap...
