Everyone was super nice, and the wine and cheese reception is something you can't get bored of! Lovely hotel, great location, and it's close to Central Park. :) If you love nature, you will love Elysée! Can't wait to come back soon!

Can't say enough about the Hotel Elysee in New York City. My wife and I stayed there last weekend as part of a romantic Valentines weekend in NY. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel great. The room was perfect and the happy hour and the breakfast (all included) were so well run...

Felt like a boutique hotel in France. Excellent continental breakfast, bedding, location, service. Staff was extra helpful with suggestions and restaurant reservations. A true gem in the city...and if you happen to get one of the four rooms with a balacony, well, that's a true cherry on top. Loved it.

We had stayed at the Elysée during a previous visit in 2013. We had been so enchanted that we decided we would stay there if we returned to NYC. Contrary to the saying, "you can never go back"!, we enjoyed our stay this time around just as much as the last time and for the same reasons: the lovely and...

Took 12 friends on an NYC trip and stayed at the Hotel Élysée. Was a perfect group stay. Daily wine hour and Monkey Bar were great assets. Stayed with two friends in two room suite - was perfect. Great location.

This property is within walking distance to many attractions: Times Square, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Museum of Modern Art. Service was excellent and having snacks and drinks throughout the day was a great touch! Concierge Joseph Bode was extremely helpful - we are thankful to him and the rest of the Elysees staff!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel which has a very european feel. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful. The location couldn't be better for anyone wanting to be at the heart of Manhattan. Walking distance to 5th Ave. and Lexington, which means prime shopping at your fingertips. Walking distance to Times Square. Most importantly room...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
