This review is specifically for Iris.

She provided one-of-a-kind service during our stay. Amazing, helpful, and friendly person; she made our stay! The hotel in general is also extremely classy, and a was a great blind last minute selection we made.

Thank you!

Lobby and bedroom was lovely, oldy worldly but nice and clean. The bathroom was very old fashioned and the shower was terrible. It was very roudy in the lobby with there being a restaurant. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The porter was lovely and really helpful.

Are there anymore pictures of the superior king junior suite?
I've stayed in all the various suites the hotel offers. They are all spacious, but avoid the ones with the single beds as they tend to be squeezed into smaller spaces in the hotel.

Hi, We have booked our stay at this hotel in October but have now been told there is a surcharge/tax for the room. We have a basic room for 5 nights, how much is this likely to be?
I'm not too sure what it was my husband sorted that out but I've just looked on the inhotel website and for the excelsior it states $3:50 per night per person and $5:50 per night per person for a superior room Hope this helps 😊

You have two options ... Uber or Taxi charge is about 42.00 usd .... or the subway which is time consuming . The hotel will not have a shuttle
