My spouse and I stayed at the Hampton Inn SoHo in mid-December 2012. We remitted Hilton Hhonors points for a free night's stay, although we think at that time of year, the room rate was about $350 per night. This smallish property contains 19 floors (actually 18 floors, because there is no floor 13), and there are approximately 10 rooms...

Everything was decent about the hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was wonderful, room was clean. The only element I didn't care for was the ability to easily hear the conversations in the room next to me. That being said, for the price I paid, and the location of the hotel, it's totally worth it. Also, try to get a room...

Clean, well appointed room, nice clean bathroom. Good value in NYC. Great location if Soho/Tribeca or even lower Manhattan is your destination. I had business in the financial district, which was an easy 7-8 minute cab ride away. Rooms are typical size for NYC (smaller than rest of the world); however, anyone complaining about small room size must not spend...

I stayed here one night with my teenage daughter. If it had been more, it would have been depressing because the room was so small! let's just say I would not choose it for a romantic weekend. :) Here are the pluses: Location was great for walking around shopping and dining in the cute neighborhood of Soho. Entering and exiting...

My wife and I were in town for a wedding. We chose the Hampton Inn because of its proximity to the wedding site in Tribeca. The front desk crew were cheerful and fairly competent. The breakfast was hot and well-rounded, and the kitchen staff were very kind and genteel. Our room was abysmally-small. I can't hardly describe how small it...

Close to two subway lines (just make sure to get off the trains at the right exit) and short walk to everything in SoHo, so of course the rooms are small and have no view. You won't be spending time in your room anyway. I appreciate the free WiFi and comfy beds. Major downside is that there was no place...

Following a missed airline connection, I was scrambling to find a hotel at midnight. Arriving at the hotel, hungry and tired, I asked if there was any room service or food/beverages available.
